Shipping policy

Product Order Processing policy:

All orders received prior to 12:00 (noon) on working days (Monday to Friday except Public Holidays) will be processed on the same day and shipped within 12 hours of processing. All orders received after 12:00 (noon) will be processed on the next working day. You will be provided with a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

Domestic UK Rates:

Spend £40.00 or more = Free standard Shipping

International Shipping:
Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Spend £100 or more = Free standard International Shipping
Any import charges, duty or levies for international deliveries are paid by the customer.
We may try to contact you to make you aware of any import duties. If we do not receive a response, your order will be dispatched according to our product order processing policy.
